By ticking the box and pressing Accept, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including the use of your chats and work to train AI models. If you don't agree, please don't use Dalla.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you and supervises your use.

You can chat as a guest without an account, or sign in with an email link or Google. You're responsible for what happens through your account, so keep access to your email and Google account secure.

When you use Dalla, you agree not to:

• Break the law of the State of Qatar or of the place you use Dalla from, or help anyone else do so.
• Create or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that offends public morals or religion.
• Upload malware, try to break into Dalla, get around its limits, or access other people's data.
• Infringe anyone's rights, or share other people's personal data without their permission.
• Use Dalla's output to mislead people, for example by presenting it as coming from a real person or an official body.
• Scrape Dalla automatically or resell access to it without our written permission.

Dalla's replies are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or religious rulings). Check anything important before you rely on it. You're responsible for how you use what Dalla produces.

You keep ownership of what you send to Dalla. As between you and us, and as far as the law allows, you also own the work Dalla produces for you.

You give Dalla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to store, copy, process and use your content, including your chats, files and the AI-generated replies and work, to provide, secure and improve the service and to train and evaluate AI models, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload.

Dalla is free to use within daily limits, currently 10 messages a day for guests and 40 a day for free accounts. We may change these limits, and we may slow down, limit or pause use to prevent abuse or control costs. Paid plans, when they launch, will have their own terms.

You can stop using Dalla at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or if the law requires it. The sections on your content, liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

Dalla is provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

As far as the law allows, Dalla is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update their version and ask you to accept them again before you continue.
